Process Timelines

Process timelines: Small to medium sized renovations take between 3 to 6 months. Please be appreciative of the fact that there are always things that crop up during the life of the process where no one ahs anticipated such circumstances. Such as queries raised by planning permission, recommendations by building control, old details in the building that couldn’t be anticipated reasonably until excavated. We still take our timelines very seriously and do take extra pain to set the course right by inputting extra resources in the project without putting it entirely on you.

Project Management

At Altrincham renovations, our key contact will always be at your disposal to talk to you regarding any of your concerns, updates and walk through during the whole process. This saves you form chasing the tradesmen independently and risking of any piece left unfinished.

We will provide all supplier invoices to you and happy for you to pay or place orders independent of us. We can recommend you the suppliers to use but you are more than welcome to chose your preferred suppliers.

We only schedule our workflow with certified technicians and tradesmen where applicable such as electricians, plumbers. We provide our insurance documents for your peace of mind. Overall, our model rests on providing a premium service with everything done as properly as possible but at a much lower price.
